One of the competencies that teachers should possess professional competence. Teachers are professionals capable of developing professionalism through reflective action. One
indicator is the teacher doing research, developing the work of
innovation, following scientific activities (eg seminars, conferences),
and active in implementing agreements.
Many of the claims submitted to the teacher in order to carry out action research. But in reality often teachers are still difficult to implement.
