History




Year 1975 was a beginning of the journey of PT Infomedia Nusantara became the first company telephone information service provider in Indonesia. Under subdivision Elnusa GTDI of Pertamina subsidiary, Infomedia has published Telkom Telephone Directory Yellow Pages.
The next development was the establishment recorded Elnusa Yellow Pages in 1984 which changed its name in 1995 to PT Infomedia Nusantara PT Telkom Tbk when investing. To support the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in every aspect of the company, Infomedia has issued policy guidelines on corporate governance in 2008.
On June 30, 2009 PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) through PT Multimedia Nusantara (Metra), a 99.99% subsidiary of Telkom (hereinafter referred to as Telkom Group) has signed Shares Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) to buy 49% stake in PT Infomedia Nusantara (Infomedia) owned by PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), so that 100% of the shares of PT Infomedia Nusantara has been owned by Telkom Group.

Currently, Infomedia, in accordance with its vision to be the leading information service that the region's major has made various efforts to realize this vision by optimizing the competence to take the opportunity in the future development of the business through business transformation of three Business Pillars (Directory Services, Contact Center and Content Services) to the Service Outsourcing or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Digital Content Services or Rich Digital Content (DRC).

Service Outsourcing or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is defined as the business of providing outsourced services (outsourcing) by a third party for the company for one or more business functions in the long term (multi-year contract). Business Services Outsourcing (BPO) which has been undertaken Infomedia currently based voice service that Contact Center inbound and outbound and non-voice as direct mail, and web development. But when iniInfomedia has divided business Outsourcing Services (BPO) future in the four groups on the basis of the service are: Contact Center Services, HR Services, IT Services and Direct Mail.

Meanwhile, business development services Digital Content (DRC) was based on the growing needs of information faster and more mobile, changing lifestyle and rapid technological developments. Infomedia business DRC split into 3 parts, namely, printed (Yellow Pages, White Pages and Special Directory), mobile (mobile application, SMS) and online (ad online, e-commerce, membership).
